Due to extensive requirements, this service is only available as a Deep Cleaning Service or a Deluxe Deep Cleaning Service.

 

Since these cleanings are done in vacant and unoccupied spaces, an immediate Quality Control Inspection will be performed, to ensure all areas of the unit have been cleaned to your satisfaction.

Here's a list of some of what we will do:

Move In/Move Out Deep Cleaning Service: We thoroughly dust each room, handwash ceiling fans, railings, and blinds, clean the interior sides of windows (without using a ladder), tracks, and sills, wash all walls, sanitize kitchen appliances inside & out, clean behind & under appliances, sanitize interiors & exteriors of cabinets and closets, wash baseboards, woodwork, doors & frames, and vents (without using a ladder), sanitize bathrooms, sinks, and common touchpoints, and sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors, hallways, and stairways. Light trash removal is included.

Move In/Move Out Deluxe Deep Cleaning Service: Includes all services in the Deep Cleaning Service, plus sanitization of the washer, dryer, and dishwasher, deep cleaning of 3 carpets or rugs using hot water extraction, and sanitization of the jacuzzi tub, including flushing and removing grime from the jets.
