Our cleaners are also required to perform drug screenings immediately upon hire, randomly during their employment, and immediately after any incident that would warrant such testing. Are there any benefits for first-time customers?

Yes! As a welcome, first-time clients completing an Initial Deep Cleaning Service as their first service can take advantage of a 10% discount on their next Standard Cleaning Service.

*Discount of 10% for future Standard Cleaning Service must be redeemed within 30 days of distribution. Terms and Conditions apply. Discount is non-transferrable and can only be used on property it is issued to. Must book an Initial Deep Cleaning Service prior to any other service in order to receive discount. May not be used with any other offer or discount, unless otherwise stated by management.

What is the difference between your Standard Cleaning Service and your Deep Cleaning Service?

While our Standard Cleaning Service offers a good way to maintain regular general upkeep of your property, our Deep Cleaning Service is our best way to ensure that an extensive and thorough cleaning takes place. We highly recommend our Deep Cleaning Service to all of our new clients. This service allows us extra time to make sure we get all of the commonly missed areas that probably haven't been touched in a while, which in the long run will impact the amount of elbow grease you WON'T have to use in between our visits. In other words, we really get in there!

Do you have a customer referral program?

We sure do! For every referral that leads to a completed cleaning, the referring client will earn points. These points can be redeemed as cash for their Deluxe Deep Cleaning Service at the end of that period. They can be earned throughout the year, between January through May, and from July through November.

Points are earned as followed:

1 to 3 completed cleanings = $25

4 to 6 completed cleaning = $35

7 to 9 completed cleanings = $50

10+ completed cleanings = $75

*Points can only be redeemed in June and December.

I'm scheduled for my first cleaning service today. How will the cleaner know what to do?

Simple! All of our cleaners are provided with a checklist for each client we visit. We can provide a standard checklist, or you may provide your own for us to adhere to. This checklist is utilized as the Specifications List attached to your Service Agreement and we will abide by it on every visit. If we're sending a substitute cleaner to your location, they'll have an exact copy of the one used by your regular cleaner. If you happen to notice that something was missed during the post cleaning walk through, let them know, so they can tackle it before they leave.

I forgot to write down my appointment. How can I find out when it's scheduled?

Easy! There are 4 ways to find out. The easiest way is to login to the client portal. From there, you can view your scheduled visits, view invoices, and make payments. Other ways to find out your next scheduled visit are to call, text, or email.

If you prefer to text or email us, please be sure to include your address and the word "REMINDER" in the body of the message, and we'll send you all of the details. We're all guilty of forgetting to remember something in life. Don't let your scheduled cleaning be it! Avoid the possibility of forgetting and subscribe to our text alerts and we'll notify you 7 days AND 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit.

I'm a member of the Military/ Veteran/ First Responder. Can I get a discount?

Absolutely! We highly respect the service you provide for our communities and our nation. We are more than glad to show you our appreciation by offering you a discount. It's the least we can do. Feel free to use it on your initial visit or a subscription-based package.

*Must show Military Identification card (expired identification IS acceptable) or valid proof of identification from place of employment for all others. First Responders are classified as Medics/Paramedics/Ambulatory Service Workers, Firefighters, and Police.

*Use of discount in conjunction with other offers may vary.

Why can't I get a 100% accurate estimate over the phone?

This is a really long one, because there are many factors that tie into this answer. We do try to be as accurate as possible with our estimates, but there are many reasons as to why the estimates may vary. The first and most obvious answer to this question would be the size of the property. Not every 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home is built the same. They may greatly vary in size from home to home. In turn, this may affect the amount of time needed to complete your cleaning.

The next thing that comes into play is the level of cleanliness. Simply put, not everybody cleans the same. Some homes may need more focus on their kitchen, while others may need more dusting in particular areas, such as their fans or a shelf in their home office.

Thirdly, the amount of traffic in and out on a daily basis, as well as the amount of people residing in the home certainly means a lot. It would be expected that a person who lives alone with 1 pet would have much less foot traffic on their floors and less dishes to maintain than a family of 6.

As you can see, not every location requires the same service. This being said, some services are able to be customized. So that's also another variable. Whether you want your linens changed, laundry folded, or the inside of your refrigerator cleaned and organized, we can help tailor a plan that works best for you. We can always provide you with a general rough estimate. However, conducting a free walkthrough is the ONLY way we can provide you with a 100% accurate estimate.

Will I have the same cleaner every time?

Yes, upon request. We really do believe that consistency is key. That being said, we try our best to match our clients with their favorite cleaners, as long as both parties are comfortable. Please do keep in mind though that our cleaners do have personal lives, may be sick, or have requested a day off in advance, so availability cannot be 100% guaranteed. In the event that this does occur, we can either reschedule, at no additional cost to you, or provide a different cleaner for the visit. It's completely up to you.
